At Pianokeyz Global, our following refunds and cancellation policies are as followed. For each type of service you choose with us, we do not offer any refunds after final payment. You have the right to cancel your chosen service at least 24 hours after booking, in which upon cancellation a full refund will be issued as a result. If bookings are not cancelled after 24 hours, we would assume the booking is final and after this point we won't offer a full refund. This is the only exceptions. Bookings must be completed at least 48 hours before booking time to ensure that bookings are secured, if bookings aren't completed within this time frame we will not attend the booking. At Pianokeyz Global we promote fairness and equality therefore will not tolerate any forms of disrespect,discrimination, harrassment or any form of inequality towards any members of staff. If customers happen to breach these terms and conditions, this will result with an immediate termination of your contract without any refunds.
