Our Admin department is avaliable 24 hours a day and deals with your day to day enquiries at PKG. The customer helpdesk handles emails and telephone calls faster to ensure your needs are met at PKG. Response time are 1-2 working days.

Our Compliance Team controls PKG infrastructure, the team monitors customers engagements and interactions to ensure  PKG guidelines are being met. This department ensures laws and regulations are followed and internal procedures.
